Dotinurad

Dotinurad is a novel selective urate reabsorption inhibitor (SURI), developed for the treatment of hyperuricemia and gout. It works by selectively inhibiting the urate transporter 1 (URAT1), reducing serum uric acid levels without significantly affecting renal function or causing serious side effects.

Produced under GMP-compliant conditions, our Dotinurad API is suitable for further formulation development and commercial pharmaceutical production.
